Become a market vendor

The Board of the Farmers Market meets in February to review new applicants for the upcoming season. If space is available, new applicants may also be admitted to the Market during the market season.

Please read the Franklin County Farmers Market rules and vendor application as well as the Kentucky Department of Agriculture Farmers’ Market Manual

How to Apply for the Regular Season:

  1. Read the KDA Farmers Market Manual and the Franklin County Farmers Market Rules.

  2. Fill out the 2026 Vendor Application Google Form. Make sure to upload all required documents.

  3. Email Kellie with questions. Once approved, Katelyn will send you an invoice for your vendor fees. New vendor applicants should wait to send payment until after the market board has reviewed their application.

While we accept applications all year, preference is given to producers who apply by February 1, 2026.
